New Mountain Net Lease Trust agrees to acquire the assets of NMNL II

New Mountain Net Lease Trust disclosed an October 15 agreement to acquire the assets of New Mountain Net Lease Partners II. Closing was expected around January 1, 2027, subject to due diligence and other conditions; the filing did not establish completion. Jones Lang LaSalle Securities was engaged to provide a fairness opinion.
