Point Broadband and Clearwave Fiber to Combine, Creating a Scaled, Independent Fiber Platform

Point Broadband signed an agreement to combine with Clearwave Fiber, excluding Clearwave’s Southern Illinois operations. Point was backed by GTCR and Berkshire; the combination was conditional on closing.
