Cevian commits voting support for recommended RSA acquisition
Cevian Capital →RSA disclosed Cevian Capital II Master Fund LP’s irrevocable undertaking covering 154,160,715 RSA shares in support of the proposed Intact/Tryg transaction. This was a voting commitment, not the completion of the disposal.
