Cevian supports DSV’s proposed exchange offer for Panalpina
Cevian Capital →DSV disclosed that Cevian, Artisan Partners and Ernst Göhner Foundation had irrevocably committed to accept its proposed Panalpina exchange offer. The announcement was not itself completion of Cevian’s disposal.
