BODE and Ventura to form a European group for public transport door systems – partnership supported by Waterland and reinvesting Ventura founders

BODE and Ventura agreed to combine in a Waterland-supported transaction including a majority investment in Ventura. Closing remained subject to regulatory approvals and conditions.
