Vitamin Well Group joins forces with EMPWR

Vitamin Well Group agreed to combine with EMPWR, acquired from Waterland. Waterland intends to reinvest part of its proceeds as a minority shareholder in Vitamin Well Group. The release states customary approvals and expected fourth-quarter closing, not completed ownership transfer.
