Altor and Triton to divest majority stake in OptiGroup to FSN

Altor Fund II and Triton Fund II agreed to sell a majority holding in OptiGroup to an FSN Capital VI-controlled company. Altor, Triton and RoosGruppen would retain minority holdings.
