Tyber Medical, Intech and Resolve Surgical Technologies combine to form a next-generation solutions provider to the Medical Device industry

Montagu agreed to acquire Tyber Medical and announced plans to combine it with Intech and Resolve Surgical Technologies, subject to closing conditions.
