Partners Group vehicles transfer LP interest in CCP X No.1 LP

A statutory notice records that Partners Group Global Value SICAV transferred its entire interest in CCP X No.1 LP to Partners Group Management III S.à.r.l., acting for Partners Group GVD Access S.C.Sp. The transferee was admitted as a limited partner and the transferor ceased to be one. The notice gives no consideration or effective transfer date.
