Aroma-Zone sale and reinvestment enters exclusive discussions

Eurazeo entered exclusive discussions with Partners Group over Aroma-Zone. Capital IV would sell its stake while Capital V would reinvest alongside Partners Group. Regulatory and closing conditions remained outstanding.
