Apax Funds agree carve-out of pharmaceutical packaging businesses from Gerresheimer

Apax-advised funds entered definitive agreements for Centor and Gerresheimer’s global Primary Packaging Plastics business. The transactions had separate expected closings and remained conditional. Approximate enterprise value is excluded.
