Allworth expands strategic investor group with Ontario Teachers’ participation

Allworth Financial announced a strategic investment partnership co-led by Integrum, Lightyear Capital and Ontario Teachers’. Existing management continues to lead the company, with employee and advisor shareholders retaining significant ownership. Ontario Teachers’ investment amount and ownership percentage were not disclosed.
