Equus and Ontario Teachers’ complete Richmond industrial acquisition

Equus Capital Partners and Ontario Teachers’ completed the acquisition of Ashton Logistics Park in the Richmond metropolitan area. This is the inaugural investment under their new joint venture targeting core and core-plus US properties. Acquisition consideration and individual ownership interests were not disclosed.
