Ontario Teachers’ agrees to acquire remaining Mitolo Family Farms equity

Mitolo Family Farms announced an agreement under which Ontario Teachers’ would acquire the remaining equity interest and take full ownership. The transaction follows Ontario Teachers’ earlier majority investment. The business will retain the Mitolo Family Farms brand. The release does not establish a closing date.
