Ontario Teachers’ acquires Danish residential portfolio with H Capital

Ontario Teachers’ acquired residential properties in Copenhagen and Aarhus from Koncenton through a new joint venture with H Capital. H Capital acts as the Danish residential operating partner. Transaction consideration and ownership percentages were not disclosed.
