Ontario Teachers’ agrees to sell Trivium Packaging stake

Ontario Teachers’ agreed to sell its Trivium Packaging stake to Silgan Holdings and American Industrial Partners-affiliated funds. The proposed transaction would fully exit its investment and is expected to close in mid-2027, subject to approvals and other closing conditions.
