I Squared signs USD225 million Cogent data center deal

I Squared agreed to buy ten Cogent Fiber data centers for USD225 million cash to seed an edge colocation platform. Subsequent August 19 launch of Saragon confirms asset acquisition. Up to USD1 billion additional platform capital is prospective, not deal consideration.
