I Squared agrees to invest in WhiteWater Solitude pipeline

I Squared signed an agreement to acquire a stake in planned Solitude natural gas pipeline system with WhiteWater Midstream and First Infrastructure Capital, retaining controlling operatorship. Expected in-service in 2029; completion of the proposed stake acquisition was not independently established.
