MAI confirmed its majority-stake acquisition by Carlyle-managed funds completed effective June 4, 2026, with Harvest Partners-managed funds, Galway Holdings and Oak Hill exiting their MAI positions. The previously announced enterprise valuation exceeding USD 2.8 billion should not be confused with transaction proceeds or Harvest's exit consideration.
