AIP, MGX and GIP complete acquisition of Aligned Data Centers

A consortium including AIP, MGX and BlackRock's GIP completed its acquisition of 100% of Aligned Data Centers. Its approximate $40bn enterprise valuation represents the entire target company's valuation, not GIP equity invested or GIP AUM.
