Champions Group acquires Powell Electric to expand Southern California electrical services

Champions Group Holdings acquired Powell Electric, a Southern California residential electrical services firm founded in 1971. The August 7, 2026 announcement said the transaction broadens local electrical service capabilities and Powell will continue to operate under its own name with group support. Financial terms were not disclosed.
