Millennium participates in Gatik's USD 200 million Series D round

Gatik's 25 August 2026 announcement named Millennium Management as an investor in its USD 200 million Series D financing, which was led by Qatar Investment Authority and Koch Disruptive Technologies. Other participants included ARK Invest and Intact Private Capital. The USD 200 million figure is the total financing round; Millennium's commitment, ownership and terms were not disclosed.
