ARIF acquires Shell's remaining stake in Kondinin wind project

Foresight's Australian Renewables Income Fund acquired Shell Energy's 50% stake in Kondinin Energy Pty Ltd, bringing ARIF's ownership of the 370MW project to 100%. The project's 130MW first stage reached financial close supported by A$430m debt financing from a five-bank syndicate. The debt amount is not the acquisition consideration.
