NVIDIA and xAI to join AI Infrastructure Partnership

BlackRock, Global Infrastructure Partners, Microsoft and MGX announced that NVIDIA and xAI would join the AI Infrastructure Partnership. NVIDIA would continue as a technical adviser, while the partnership would also collaborate with GE Vernova and NextEra Energy on energy solutions. The partnership sought initially to mobilize $30 billion of capital, with potential investment capacity of up to $100 billion including debt. These were fundraising ambitions, not capital already raised.
