Tiger Global discloses Cerebras Class A beneficial ownership

Tiger Global Management reported beneficial ownership of 3,496,222 Cerebras Class A shares, representing 9.99% of that class, for the May 15, 2026 reporting event. The position includes 497,222 shares issuable on conversion of Class B shares. The securities were directly owned by advisory clients. This does not establish a 9.99% interest in all company equity.
