Tiger Global expands its FORT Robotics financing commitments

FORT announced an additional Tiger Global common-equity PIPE commitment, conditional on the proposed combination with Newbury Street II Acquisition Corp. A separate financing led by Tiger was expected to close that week. FORT confirms Tiger has been an investor since 2022.
