Lightspeed participates in Cylake convertible-note financing

Cylake announced a completed convertible-note financing backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Picture Capital and Redpoint Ventures. Ravi Mhatre joined Cylake's board. The funding supports development of the company's cybersecurity platform for regulated organizations.
