Altimeter participated in K2 Space's Series D alongside investors including CapitalG, Lightspeed, Spark Capital and Sands Capital. Kleiner Perkins and ICONIQ led the round. Cooley advised K2 Space, a manufacturer of high-power satellites, on the financing.
