Dragoneer-backed Anthropic files for proposed Nasdaq IPO

Anthropic filed a Form S-1 registration statement for a proposed initial public offering of Class A common stock and said it intends to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under ANT. The share count and price range had not been determined, and the registration statement was not yet effective. Dragoneer co-led Anthropic's Series H financing in May 2026. The filing does not establish a completed IPO or a Dragoneer exit.
