Tradeweb agrees to acquire Dragoneer-backed Trumid; closing targeted for 2027

Tradeweb agreed to acquire Trumid for US$1.970 billion, subject to customary adjustments. The transaction documents identify seller vehicles with Dragoneer general partners, including Treasure GF II AIV, Treasure OF IV AIV and Truffle OF Collector. Closing is targeted for the first half of 2027 and remains subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
