Helsing US$1.8 billion Series E with Dragoneer participation

Helsing announced that it had raised US$1.8 billion in Series E financing at a US$18 billion valuation. Dragoneer Investment Group participated with other investors. The amount represents the entire financing round, not Dragoneer's contribution. Helsing said the investment would support AI defence platforms and that its board remained unchanged.
