KIRKBI partial disposal of ISS shares

KIRKBI announced the placement of 9,283,412 ISS shares at DKK 163.10 per share. Morgan Stanley served as sole bookrunner. Settlement was expected on 28 February 2025 subject to conditions. The announced partial disposal precedes the full divestment recorded in the 2025 annual report.
