Awayday closes Warburg Pincus investment; Ares and LightBay retain control

Awayday closed an investment from Warburg Pincus Capital Solutions Founders Fund. Ares and LightBay remain controlling shareholders. Proceeds will provide liquidity to existing equity investors and participating operators and staff. Financial terms were undisclosed.
