Rothesay publishes 2025 financial results

Rothesay Limited reported insurer portfolio assets under management of £73,545m at 31 December 2025. The group generated £5.2bn of new business premiums during 2025 and reported 246% solvency capital requirement coverage. The AUM measure adjusts the group's balance-sheet assets and is distinct from its IFRS total assets. Rothesay Life Plc is the regulated insurance subsidiary and has separate financial statements.
