Arctos, RVX and Magellan launch sports-anchored development partnership

Arctos announced a partnership with RVX Ventures and Magellan Development Group to develop mixed-use districts around sports venues. The first project is the Neyland Entertainment District beside the University of Tennessee's Neyland Stadium. Arctos is the majority equity investor and a general partner alongside the sponsor team. The announcement did not disclose an investment amount or exact ownership percentage.
