KKR announces completion of Arctos acquisition
Arctos Partners →KKR announced that it had completed its acquisition of Arctos after receiving the required sports-league approvals. Arctos Sports and Arctos Keystone became part of KKR Solutions, led by Ian Charles. The announcement confirmed the integration of Arctos' team and operations into KKR.
