Baseten named D. E. Shaw Ventures as a participant in its Series F financing. Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners and Spark Capital led the round; Sands Capital and Wellington Management co-led. Baseten develops infrastructure for AI inference and post-training. The announcement did not disclose D. E. Shaw Ventures' individual investment.
