Audax Private Debt closes Direct Lending Solutions Fund III

Audax Private Debt announced the final close of Direct Lending Solutions Fund III. The fund closed at its hard cap above its target and was actively investing. The release distinguishes fund equity commitments from broader investable capital that includes targeted leverage, related vehicles and the general partner's investment.
