Berkshire agrees to invest in Harbourfront with Audax retaining a significant interest

Harbourfront Wealth Group announced a strategic investment agreement with Berkshire Partners at a CAD 1.775 billion transaction valuation. Existing capital partner Audax Private Equity said it would retain a significant interest. The June announcement expected closing in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions. The valuation is not Audax's individual investment or exit proceeds.
