Blackstone agrees to acquire Flow Control Holdings with Audax retaining a stake

Funds affiliated with Blackstone Capital Partners and Blackstone Energy Transition Partners entered a definitive agreement to acquire Flow Control Holdings from Audax Private Equity. Audax would retain a minority equity stake under the announced terms. The company supplies flow-control components for data-center cooling, food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications. Closing was expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
