Audax agrees to sell GCG to Rexel

Audax Private Equity agreed to sell GCG, a provider of specialty wire, cable, connectivity and power solutions, to Rexel. At announcement, closing was expected by year-end 2026 and remained subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions. Audax had acquired the business through a 2019 carve-out.
