Thrive funds distribute Oscar Health shares to limited partners

Oscar Health reported an in-kind distribution of approximately 6.3 million Class A shares to limited partners of Thrive Capital Partners II, Thrive Capital Partners III and Claremount TW. The issuer said this did not represent a sale by Thrive Capital or Joshua Kushner. Its reported remaining ownership combines individuals and affiliated or advised funds, so no standalone Thrive ownership percentage is asserted.
