Thrive Capital co-leads Ramp financing

Ramp announced a US$1.85 billion primary financing at a US$60 billion valuation, led by Dragoneer Investment Group and co-led by Thrive Capital, Founders Fund, Sands Capital and Avenir Growth. These are Ramp's aggregate financing and valuation figures; Thrive's individual contribution was not disclosed.
