Stryten completes acquisition of KPS portfolio company C&D Trojan

Stryten Energy announced that it completed the acquisition of C&D Technologies and Trojan Battery Company. The combined business operates as Stryten Energy while preserving the C&D Technologies and Trojan Battery product brands. Financial terms were not disclosed.
