Ming Cen appointed managing director of dynamic asset allocation and risk management

Maryland announced Ming Cen as Managing Director of Dynamic Asset Allocation and Risk Management. Cen began her new role in June 2026 and leads the development of the dynamic asset allocation framework across public markets, with responsibilities covering portfolio construction, risk management and strategic positioning.
