Ontario Teachers’ and M&G agree European CLO platform venture

Ontario Teachers’ and M&G Investments agreed a joint venture to expand M&G’s European CLO platform. Ontario Teachers’ agreed to provide capacity of up to EUR200 million for equity in future M&G Margay CLO issuances and participate in the platform’s long-term economics. Deployment will occur investment by investment; the ceiling is not a funded investment amount.
