IMA completes recapitalization with Oak Hill minority investment

IMA completed an equity recapitalization involving Oak Hill, New Mountain, HarbourVest and other institutional investors. Oak Hill and New Mountain each took minority positions, while employees retained majority ownership. SkyKnight and The Stephens Group exited. Oak Hill's own investment amount and exact ownership percentage were not disclosed.
