Oak Hill exits MAI as Carlyle completes majority acquisition

MAI announced that Carlyle-managed funds completed their majority acquisition, effective June 4, 2026. Galway Holdings and funds managed by Harvest Partners and Oak Hill exited their positions. MAI employees retained a large minority equity holding. The publication date is June 8; the transaction closing date is June 4.
