First Citizens completes BMO branch acquisition and client conversion

First Citizens Bank announced conversion of the 138 branches acquired from BMO Bank N.A. on September 4, 2026. The acquisition expands the bank's branch network across the Midwest, Great Plains and West. Regional leadership appointments accompanied the integration.
