HPE appoints Elliott partner Chris Hsu to its board

Hewlett Packard Enterprise appointed Elliott partner Christopher Hsu to its board with immediate effect. Hsu was also appointed to the Strategy and Finance & Investment committees. HPE linked the appointment to its cooperation agreement with Elliott. The board role is at HPE; Hsu's Elliott position remains a separate employment record.
